We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site. That mainly means basic analytics about which pages get visited and how people arrive, plus a few cookies that remember simple preferences like whether you've dismissed a notice. We don't ask you to create an account to read anything.,The analytics we look at are aggregate. We can see that a review got a thousand reads this week, not who you are or what else you did online. We don't build profiles on readers and we have no interest in doing so.,We don't sell or hand your data to third parties for advertising. If we use an outside tool for something like traffic measurement, it only sees what it needs to count a visit, nothing more.
